Sweetened dried cranberries, for the manufacture of products of food processing industries (excluding packing or pasteurization alone as processing) — TN085 Use of TARIC code 2008 93 91 20 is intended for sweetened dried cranberries which are used by the food processing industries in the manufacture of new products. Operators using the code are therefore advised to keep proof that the goods were used in the manufacture of new products or sold to a processor or manufacturer with legitimate use of the duty suspension. In case of further sales this proof may include a contract with the processor stating the end use of goods or purchase orders or statements by the processors (customers of the importers) containing the same information. For the purposes of this suspension eligible processes are: • Full-scale manufacturing of finished products such as cereal bars, bakery products, breakfast mixtures, etc. • Mixing with another commodity • Coating • Full rehydration
