Goods Code WatchTerms
These Terms govern access to Goods Code Watch (https://goodscodewatch.eu), published by Snoeters Software, a Dutch sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak). They are the operator Terms for the software service. Paid purchases are a separate contract with Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms (opens in a new tab).
1. Use of the service
The source, licence and limitations described in the Legal notice form part of these Terms.
2. Watch email
Watch email reports changes to the stored snapshot at the next morning’s run after a weekday update, on the best-efforts basis described in the Legal notice.
3. SKU lists
Importer SKU / article-master files stay in the browser. Only goods codes and origins are sent to look up measures.
4. Paid plans
Watch and API are paid subscription plans, subject to the availability shown on Pricing. Before purchasing, review the billing period, renewal terms and total in Paddle checkout. Paddle is merchant of record. Refunds, applicable withdrawal rights and cancellation are explained in our Refund policy and Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Closing your app account or removing a watch does not cancel a Paddle subscription.
