Controller

The controller for account data is the natural person trading as Snoeters Software, a Dutch sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak). Contact: privacy@snoeterssoftware.nl (alias of info@snoeterssoftware.nl). Chamber of Commerce number is on the legal notice.

What we process

• Public TARIC rows (codes, rates, origins, footnotes, additional-code descriptions as published): reproduced from the official source. These records can include named organisations; we do not add personal profiles to them.
• Account email and authentication data: used to create and secure your account and provide the service, on the basis of contract or our legitimate interest in operating free accounts.
• Whether the account asked for one email when Watch and API subscriptions open, and whether that email has been sent. A new account starts opted in and can turn it off before the email goes out.
• Saved goods-code and origin pairs: used to provide the change emails requested by a subscriber.
• Importer SKU / article-master files: no server copy. They stay in the browser.
• Paid subscription identifiers Paddle sends us (customer id, plan). Paddle is an independent controller for card and merchant-of-record data. See Paddle’s privacy notice  (opens in a new tab).
• Necessary session and security storage: used to keep you signed in and protect requests. No cookie wall, advertising, analytics or live-chat cookies.
• Operational logs, including IP address, browser information and rate-limit records: used for security and abuse prevention on the basis of our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Recipients

• Contabo (application and database hosting in Europe).
• Paddle (merchant of record for checkout).
• Resend (sign-in and service emails).

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Signed-in users can close the account from Billing. Watches and API keys stop immediately, you are signed out, and the account is scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Email privacy@snoeterssoftware.nl. You may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. The service is professional / B2B. We do not knowingly onboard users under 16.
