For civil use — TN101 Entry under this subheading is subject to the conditions laid down in the relevant provisions of the European Union (see Article 254 of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013). These conditions shall not apply in cases where civil aircraft have been duly entered on a register of a Member State or a third country in accordance with the Convention on International Civil Aviation dated 7 December 1944 and reference is made in the customs declaration for release for free circulation to the relevant certificate of registration.
